Mostly pictures
Oh crap my title ruined what the subhead was going to say!
I will be appearing at I Heart Horror Day IV Feb. 21st It’s in New Jersey and there will be a bunch of Troma folks from their various movies also appearing. I will also be appearing at the grocery store and maybe a coffee shop somewhere in Brooklyn on all the other days.
I’m setting up more appearances but nothing confirmed yet. I think my parents want me to make an appearance in Erie soon. I will wait until the weather is nice!

Mitch Hedberg joke goes something like One time a guy handed me a picture of himself and said it was me when I was younger….Every picture of you is a picture of you when you were younger! (rim shot!)
I look at some of the art I’m posting, some is from a long time ago and some more recent. But they were are all done when I was younger. I think saying “I did this when I was younger” is better than saying “those are old”. Like, they were “new” back then. My bias leans toward “younger=better” I guess. Maybe it’s because I notice this joint hurts, or I need a new eye prescription, the old eyes aren’t working as well as the young eyes did… We think in that way but then there are our brains. They don’t seem to orchestrate our successes very well until your late teens to early 20’s and then somewhere between 20 and 40 you are doing better (I hope) and you are making good decisions and acquiring wisdom to some degree. You’re peaking. Then the brain kind of gets set in it’s ways, doesn’t try anything new because “I only like what I like.” In your 50’s you start forgetting this and that, you don’t remember your childhood as well. We decline somewhat. Nothing to be embarrassed about since everyone will probably go through it in some way. Well this went sideways fast. I was trying to stick to talking about the paintings I’m posting and.. I have a birthday coming up.
I hadn’t planned to write anything here.
Wow you made it this far! Thanks, I appreciate that. It’s very nice of you to scroll this far down. I also wasn’t sure if I was even going to write a “thanks for read’n” note here. I guess this is a literal “yes” to that.
