Livejournal can you believe it?
Portrait commission, and then figure drawings in the paid section.
A time capsule from 2008. Livejournal still has my email after all this time. I was trying to do this very thing with their format back in the 00’s. I remember my favorite part of the whole thing was manipulating the colors for the look. They sent an 18 year anniversary email to congratulate me. If you go to the link, you will see I haven’t written anything since 2008 on it. I might have to use it for “secret” messages to flesh out “The Rest of the Story” if I don’t want to ramble on too long here.
My drinking buddy, Hangman”. Drawn in my sketch pad at the bar called “Nancy Whiskey” in TriBeca. Probably three whiskies in…
I got off the road after a 7 hour drive from Erie to NYC and saw this movie. It was really fun and gory but I don’t think you will remember it in a week. I loved the gimmick. I met my friend Mike in the lobby of the theater. He was wearing a hoody. I approached him and he leaned in like he didn’t want anyone to see him pull the baggie, ticket and straw out of his pocket. Then acted like he didn’t know me when I asked him where the rest of our group was.
I do portrait commissions. My friend Tom asked me to do this of Michelle Shocked from the trio, “Sewage”. She plays the bass. I saw them a few weeks ago and it was a really fun show. (One I’m not forgetting in a week.) Except for lyrics. I didn’t quite understand all the words but the energy and showmanship was fantastic. Michelle’s bday was a few days ago. I wish I could have went to her bday party but alas, comics! I’m really slammed again.
Figure drawings and pay wall. Most everything I put up here is available for purchase at reasonable prices no less! Just ask me.
Figure drawings.
